Director –Business Process and Content Services
Mitch Gabor is responsible for defining the solutions, technologies, partnerships and strategies that help Micro Strategies’ customers streamline their critical business processes, optimize information flow and lower organizational risk.
Mitch works closely with Micro Strategies’ Business Solutions Group, who use their industry-leading business and technology expertise to define state-of-the-art solutions tailored to a customer’s needs for managing content, processes, and people.
Before being named the practice leader of business process and content services, Mitch was the Sales Director of the ECM/BPM Practice, where he built strong relationships with Micro Strategies’ customers and software partners (Alfresco, Box, iManage, Microsoft, Workshare) who have recognized Micro Strategies as one of the top systems integrators in the United States.
Prior to joining Micro Strategies, Mitch was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a consulting organization and the Vice President of Sales for the North American division of a global software company, where he defined the sales strategy and managed the sales staff. Mitch also headed up the technology department of an Australian bank’s U.S. division.
Mitch holds a BBA in Computer Science and has presented at numerous industry conferences.
