Lisa Cavanagh, Practice Executive, is responsible for leading Micro Strategies’ analytics, security, hybrid IT, managed services and business process & content services practices. In this role, she partners with the individual practice leaders to design and deliver solutions that address critical business needs, allowing customers to achieve their organizational objectives.
Prior to joining Micro Strategies, Lisa worked at Bed Bath and Beyond for over two decades where she served in several technology roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Vice President, Customer Experience and Marketing Technology Platforms.
As the Vice President, Customer Experience and Marketing Technology Platforms, Lisa focused on designing integrated solutions that delivered a cohesive customer engagement journey across all channels of the Bed Bath & Beyond brand. She led an enterprise-wide IT transformation that emphasized continuous improvement, business simplification, enterprise architecture, strategic governance, product, portfolio and project management techniques and approaches and various other industry best practices.
Before being promoted to Vice President, Customer Experience and Marketing Technology Platforms, Lisa was the Vice President, Store Solutions, Innovation and Enterprise Collaboration. In this role, she drove innovation and solution delivery,ensuring a seamless customer experience while providing exceptional in-store experiences for associates and customers.
Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). She has CQ Certification from Change Catalysts and has completed course work for Real World Risk through Real World Risk Institute.
