During his tenure in the technology industry which spans more than 25 years, Lou has held technical and sales positions across various IT companies, including IBM, Sirius, and Agilysys. In these roles, he adeptly navigated the complexities of an ever-evolving technology landscape, assisting organizations—both large and small—in transforming their challenges into clear, manageable strategies that empowered their businesses.
Lou’s holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, he holds multiple professional-level certifications.

Name an accomplishment or milestone in your career of which you’re proud.
In a previous role, I oversaw a division whose initial EBITDA was a modest two percent. Over eight years, we grew our EBITDA to 22 percent, making us the company’s top-performing division.

The commitment between the company and employees—some team members have been with the company for over three decades. It’s a testament to how the company values and appreciates people.
