With the spread of COVID-19 affecting every one of us, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority at Micro Strategies. In response to the current situation, we have implemented a business continuity plan designed to minimize risk for our customers and employees.

Our Office Operations

Beginning March 15, 2020, we are adopting a voluntary work from home policy. Employees that can work remotely are being encouraged to do so.

If an employee is required to be in the office, we are asking that they follow recommended guidance to minimize the possibility of transmission. In support of this, we have instituted policies that include education, social distancing, extensive deep cleanings on-site and mandatory reporting protocols.

We expect these new policies to have a very limited impact on our ability to remain fully operational and supportive of customer operations.

Customer Operations & Support

We recognize that our customers depend on the technology solutions and support that we provide, especially in times like these. We are employing the same approach to meeting this challenge that we do whenever we work with our customers.

If a critical situation occurs that requires any of our employees on-site at a customer’s office, we will work with our customers to resolve the situation while also employing any measures necessary to safeguard everyone involved.

In the event that local health officials require our offices to close, we have a plan in place to continue operations. All critical services are hosted at off-site facilities with appropriate redundancies. Our employees will have the same level of accessibility that they do during normal operations, either at one of our office locations or remotely and securely using corporate-owned and managed laptops or cloud desktops. Our communication system allows them to use the corporate phone system from any location, ensuring that there will be no changes in how customers can contact Micro Strategies.

There is no mistaking the challenges we’re currently facing. We are committed to supporting you and your business operations during these times while also doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our employees.
