Recognition reflects Micro Strategies’ work with Box to help organizations trust their information, work more effectively, and scale with confidence

Micro Strategies has been named the 2026 Solution Partner of the Year by Box. The award recognizes the company’s partnership with Box, its impact on customers, and its track record of innovation.

The recognition builds on Micro Strategies’ work helping organizations get more value from their business content: organizing it, securing it, and connecting it to the processes that depend on it. Micro Strategies’ solutions built on Box address recurring challenges like document compliance, insurance claims processing, and migrating legacy archives into modern systems.

“This recognition matters because it reflects what our team has built for customers,” said Anthony Bongiovanni, CEO of Micro Strategies. “Our partnership keeps evolving because our customers’ needs keep evolving. Every conversation we have with a customer comes back to three questions: Can they trust the information running their business? Can they make their people and processes more effective? And can they grow with confidence knowing their technology will meet their future objectives? Box helps us answer all three. Most of what organizations need to put to work isn’t sitting in a clean database. It’s unstructured: documents, claims, contracts, years of archived files. Getting that content organized isn’t just best practice anymore. It’s what makes AI worth trusting. That’s the foundation Micro Strategies and Box are building together.”

Micro Strategies has built solutions that extend what Box does for specific business functions. Panorama, for example, adds capabilities on top of Box for managing controlled documents and insurance claims. Claims teams use it to retrieve, review, package, protect, and share claim files, with Box handling storage and security underneath.

Micro Strategies also helps organizations modernize legacy archives, often years or decades of files, by moving them into Box. The approach pairs Crawford Technologies’ file-processing tools with Box’s large-scale data handling and Micro Strategies’ own automation, allowing large volumes of historical and current content to move into Box while keeping key metadata and governance rules intact.

That foundation matters more as organizations move beyond using AI to search for information and start using it to act on that information directly.

“AI gets a lot more valuable when it has trusted content and real business processes behind it,” said Adam Storch, Chief Solutions Officer at Micro Strategies. “That’s what makes this so exciting. We’ve already built solutions for document management, claims processing, and archive modernization. As AI and agentic tools mature, we can build on that foundation and go further: not just help people find information, but help them understand it, make decisions from it, and move work forward, while keeping the governance those processes require.”

Micro Strategies’ Box portfolio spans a wide range of content and process challenges, from controlled document compliance and insurance claims to case management, business process automation, and large-scale content migration. Across all of it, the goal stays the same: help organizations trust their information, work more effectively and build a foundation that can scale and support AI.

The 2026 Box Partner Awards were recognized at BoxWorks 2026 on November 4, 2026.
