Peter Ingrasci is the Chief Revenue Officer at Micro Strategies, where he leads a dynamic team committed to addressing our customers’ complex business challenges with innovative technology solutions. With a focus on driving overall sales strategies and processes, Peter strategic vision and vast experience have been instrumental in driving customer success.
Peter’s extensive career spans over forty years in the technology industry. His journey began at Xerox, where he honed his technical expertise by implementing innovative printing systems solutions. His leadership journey evolved at IBM, where he held several key roles. Notably, he served as the Senior State Executive for New Jersey and the Vice President of Storage Systems where he played a crucial role on the Financial Services Market team. His distinguished career, marked by accolades like the Xerox Presidents Club, IBM 100% Club, and IBM Golden Circles, is testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Rider University. His educational foundation was further enriched by executive and advanced programs at Babson University, University of Virginia- Darden, University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter actively participates in the Service Leadership Index® OML Progression Peer Groups. Additionally, he contributes to the community as a board member for the Bergen County United Way and volunteers with organizations such as St. Elizabeth’s Church in Wyckoff, Oasis (a haven for women and children), and Harrison House.

I consider myself fortunate to have been guided by exceptional managers and mentors throughout my career. Their guidance extended beyond professional matters, shaping my perspective on my aspirations. Their influence prompted me to think differently, both in my career and personal journey. Their influence impacted several areas of my life, shaping my decisions and growth.
