What this video covers 

Adam Storch, Chief Solutions Officer at Micro Strategies, demonstrates four document tasks that claims adjusters handle dozens of times a day, performed entirely inside an existing claims application without switching to a separate tool.

  1. Page extraction. Select specific pages from a multi-page document and save them directly to Box. Metadata from the original document carries over automatically. 
  2. File merging. Combine extracted pages from multiple documents into a single file in two clicks. No downloading. No re-uploading. 
  3. PII redaction. Remove sensitive information from a document entirely. Not a black box placed over text. The content is gone and cannot be recovered through full-text search. 
  4. Photo geolocation. Click any photo attached to a claim and see exactly where it was taken, displayed in Google Maps or Azure Maps. If the camera captured directional data, Panorama shows which way it was facing. 

All four tasks happen inside the claims system. Adjusters never open a second application.
